What we are looking for
- Any four-year course; preferably related to Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3- 5 years experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management / Development, Training & Leadership Development, or Process Improvement
- 1 - 2 years in a managerial capacity / people manager role
- In-depth / extensive knowledge and background in Organizational Diagnosis, Talent Development, Succession Management, and Organizational Assessment and Analytics
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets. Slides, Forms and other Google for Work applications
- Adept in high-impact presentation skills
- Highly competent in effective business, team and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong in client relationship / stakeholder management and project management
- Able to manage change effectively
- Able to adjust to different working environments
