Develop applications that meet client requirements, objectives and Service Level Agreements. Understand the whole SDLC process in application development. Ensure that all unit tests and peer reviews have been completed to ensure high quality of deliverables. Will serve as the primary escalation point and Subject Matter Experts of contact center application (Chat, Inbound, Outbound, Email, Outbound, Reporting, or IVR) and ensures that issues escalated are resolved in due time.
What we are looking for
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): t-sql, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, MYSQL
- Must have an extensive experience on web based development
